I consider liver-cleansing to be a series of flushes and although the actual flush isn't pleasant and there may be some after effects the overall progression has been positive. Reading through your post I don't appear to share your experiences. I have always felt a little nausea the next day but by lunchtime it has gone. This is a small price to pay compared with the health gains. Initially I could only tolerate the regular dose of the olive oil potion but now I can consume up to 20 fluid ounces which is a measure of improvement. Although such a high dose is not necessary for an effective flush.

I think, but of course one is never sure, that the difficulties I have encountered this summer is due to detoxification.
