Yes, I do ear insufflation. I think maybe I have gotten use to the noise. You definitely can hear it, but coming through the tube the sound is sort of muffled. If you are sensative to sounds, then it could be a problem. However, I only do ear insufflation for 3 minutes in each ear. For someone doing 15 minutes or more, that could probably get annoying.

I will say that only doing it for 3 minutes in each ear does the job for me. The night after I've done the insufflation, I get clear lymph discharge from each ear while I sleep, which is a good indication that it is working.
