I'm doing my juice fast as part of a Colon Cleanse and have just read that I should be using probiotics as part of the cleanse. I've got some good probiotics and was going to use them after the cleanse but after reading this I'm thinking I should be taking them now. One thing though they include molasses and other things that would probably constitute food.

What do people think....
