I am also a new vegetarian and all it took was seeing one horrible video that made me stop eating meat and seafood alltoghether. i thought about becoming a vegetarian for a while and i thought it would be hard but the video made it real easy. the only time it is really hard is when i go to restaurants bc almost everything contains meat, but in that case i get a salad and some veggies. there are so many websites to look on. try goveg.com for recipes and a lot of helpful information, and a free starter kit. but if you find any good recipes please share!!
