There is no one single vegan source of all the EFAs the body needs, although Hemp is probably closer...

Flax is good on its own intially to detox the liver and get it balanced - but for long-term maintenance you will need a variety to cover all the bases.

"Bee Pollen" is something that some people have problems with , also as they are 'free-ranging' it can also concentrate certain toxins. Also, some benefits of "Bee Pollen" are actually due to the "Flower Pollen" which is an altogether different product.

Other ones to use are Borage, Evening Primrose {one of the only sources of GLA}, Nettle {leaves and seeds}. Wild foods come into play here Plantain {leaves and seeds}.

As for Iron the highest for natural foods {including most meat products, and minus artificially supplemented}, in descending order are:
Thyme, Parsley, Sea Salt , Spearmint, Butterbur {Coltsfoot}, Marjoram, Dill Weed, Garland Chrysanthemum, Seaweed, Cumin Seed, Basil, Borage, Spinach.
