that sounds great. i would definitely keep that up. perhaps add some dulse, which is very mild tasting seaweed. it is packed full of wonderful minerals. also you might want to put some fresh squeezed lemon juice in each glass to naturally chelate the minerals.

i do something very similar, only with a mostly seaweed broth, i find it to be very energizing also.
