I think my body is just expelling acid too fast (as MH mentioned in another post-exploding!) because I am having the acne and ear wax discharge as well. Nectarines must be more cleansing than green apples because I was eating just as many apples without this reaction. The nectarines caused my pH to be extremely alkaline while the apples only mildly alkalizing. I have been eating high fruit diet for about three years but never tried eating as many nectarines as I have recently. My pH is mostly alkaline but like I said with the nectarines has been above 7.0 much of the time.
