Hi.. Thanks very much for your response.. This is my 2nd cleanse, my first was 10 days in June. My diet prior was not great.. I did eat a lot of healthy foods, but I loved my junk foods too. I am considering a Bowel Cleanse but not sure what to try. Any suggestions would be wonderful. thanks.
