I agree with what you say. Something you said also makes me wonder about ParaZapppers situation.... .the mention of "health device". From my observation, most zapper manufacturers provide the generic disclaimer "for experimental purposes only" with their product. This seems to be one of the ways to avoid going stuck when going down that road, so to speak.... that shady, bumpy road maintained by the FDA.....paying them off to get a health device "certified", etc.

ParaZapper, was your product marketed with such a disclaimer?
