I'm no expert, but medium chain fatty acids in Coconut Oil are supposed to kill several types of viruses, bacteria, and parasites.

I take it myself and it helps me feel better.
I'm a "classic" example of a person with Chronic Fatigue/Allergies/Chemical Sensitivity from mercury fillings, a series of vaccines I recieved in 1996, a root canal gone bad, and a parasite infection.

Its so cheap and safe, its probably worth giving it a try.
