My liver is a mess, so Im doing liver flushes. I have done one, will do another one soon again.

Well, Im doing the diet (have done it forever..)
and fiber shakes to keep my intestines clean.

And maybe I will add some Grapefruit-Seed-Extract to the fibers, but my intestine is irritated at the moment, so I have to wait til it heals.

I have developed many allergies over just a short time, my body is lacking so many nutrients and liver is clogged. So I will try to cover these issues now.
