Liver Flush
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil (= 1.25 dl) 4 ounces
2 small grapefruits
4 tablespoon Epsom Salts
3 cups water (=750 dl) (P.S. 1 cup = 250 ml = 8 ounces)
Avoid taking any medicines, vitamins or supplements that are not absolutely necessary. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as hot cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk), vegetables with Sea Salt only. Make sure you that you cleanse your colon before and after you flush. Do not eat or drink after 2PM.
6:00 PM. Mix-up 4 tablespoons of Epson Salts and 3 cups of water in a jar. Drink only 3/4 cup of Epson Salts and Water mixture. You can substitute 3 cups of water with 3 cups of grapefruit juice or apple juice.
8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 cup of Epsom Salts .
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into the pint jar. Thoroughly wash the grapefruits; squeeze them by hand into the measuring cup and remove pulp. You should have at least 1/2 cup, more (up to 3/4 cup) is best and mix.
10:00 PM. Stand by your bed and drink the potion you have mixed while standing up. After completing the olive oil mixture lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow.
6:00-6:30 AM. Take your third 3/4 cup of Epsom Salts . Expect watery bowel movements in the morning and look for green or brown stones floating on the water.
8:00-8:30 AM. Take your fourth and last 3/4 cup of Epsom salts.
10:00-10:30 AM. You may drink fruit juice at this time. One half-hour later, you may eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. Drink lots of water. By supper you should feel recovered.
Update - On the liverflush forum we had a lot of people that became nauseous or got dehydrated. At one time I published a post from Andreas, because he suggests to keep drinking water till 20 minutes before and again 20 minutes after the ES.
