If you are new to this site, you will soon find out the cure is always the same...Cleansing.. first you start with colon... etc...etc... click on the link up top that says cleansing, it will give the protocol in order to do ...but in your brother's case maybe he might want to go from colon...to liver cleanse and then do the rest...accutane terribly pollutes the liver..this should help him alot if he is willing to do it.
