Yes, I mean a ping pong ball. Or a squash ball, if you prefer. One and a half inches in length, slightly less in width, judging from the way it got "squeezed" when I.... ah.... when it left my body. Not all of it was visible in the stool, and I didn't "dissect" my poop, so there might have been more to it.
