Yes, just psyllium and bentonite. I am taking a strong oregano oil complex anti fungal which is causing a great deal of die off, so I am not really prepared to add any more anti fungals to the P&B shakes.

Whenever I go through a major die off I get stomach pains when a significant amount of threads are coming away, and I have been experiencing them with the P&B shakes just as they are, so I feel my body has enough to cope with at present. In fact, I havent had a P&B shake today because even just after three days I was feeling a little drained (a lot of stuff was coming out, and as this is my third big die off episode, I feel I have to be a bit careful flooding my body with toxins etc).

I will take another in the morning. Maybe later I shall add olive oil to help it out, when things slow down a bit.
