HI,

I am now age 50 and since age 35 started getting liver spots. These were due to prescription drugs for asthma and various allergies. I also was sick for the first time wiht environmental poisioning. I have kept accumulating them. Recently I have done a major cleanse 6 weeks in a sauna 5 hours a day and high vitamins. this purging of the body brought MORE SPOTS OUT and into my hands and arms - I was just accepting this as age.

HOWEVER near the end of the cleanse and I am now doing a bowel cleanse, the liver spots ARE DISAPPEARING. So all I can thinkg of was my body was so overloaded they appeared. And as I have been making a pathway for toxins and debris to exit, my body ishealing itself. I now have NO SPOTS on my hands and the ones on my arms re lightening and disappearing as well.

WOw - just keep going!
