of course i do, very well, thank you. the problem is that most of what is grown is not even human food. vegetables are nothing but empty filler in the best of conditions. if they are cooked, they are more than worthless; they make a garbage disposal of the body.

i find very satisfactory answers to these problems - on the barefoot forum.
