I think that my knees are definitely feeling better, maybe a little stronger too. I am optimistically cautious. In addition, the popping and cracking has softened and reduced some. I will give this a week of every night and then decide whether to continue for a month.

At the end of what ever I decide I plan on reducing to every other day etc. till I just wrap them on strenuous activity days.
