It's called Bile salt diarreah. Instead of the bile being stored in your gallbladder since it's gone it gets dumped in your intestines and sometimes into your colon acting as a laxative. You can take immodium or fiber supplements to bulk up stool. If that doesn't work they can put you on a cholesterol lowering medicine which will block this absorption and also lower your cholesterol. Please don't give up, go to your dr. armed with information and clearly tell them what you need. I hope this will help someone.
