i have been fasting for 2 days now and everything would be fine if i didn't have a terrible ,horrible, unbelievable sore throat. I mean really painful. I not hungry or even thinking about giving up on the fast. I just want to know is this apart of the detox or is this something more. It all started when i used tom's all natural toothpaste and mouthwash. I 've been in the house all day today so i haven't use them today but the pain remains. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP IF YOU THINK THIS IS NOT DETOX TELL ME.
