Glad your back! I'm on day 14 of a juice fast. Started at 185.5 and this morning was 172. I have 7 more days. My goal was to take off 20 lbs. I'll hopefully reach it or be close. Then I will transition for 4-5 days and then another 10-14 day juice fast.

We are all here to encourage you! I know that you can and will accomplish your goal.
