It's been a while, I've been busy. But I have exciting news! I got a greenstar juicer today. A little expensive, but the machine is amazing. The pulp has no juice whatsoever, and supposedly the juice maintains its freshness for longer. :D

So... it's day 19. The end of it at least. Two more days to go. I was 123.5 this morning (yay) after I was stuck at 125 for 4 days (this was irritating). Hopefully I can be 122 by Tuesday, then I can transition for a week and get down to 120? I'm probably being too analytical.

I think that the next time I fast it'll be a vegetable juice fast (easier now with the new juicer). And I won't include any fiber or pulp so it'll be a "real" fast, lol. I'm not sure how that will work though... since I'm not into enemas. It'll probably be 7-day, and it won't be until next spring so no use talking about it now.

I hope everyone is doing well. You can do it :) as long as you have the willpower!
