No Scale,

I'm not leaving the forum. I'll be on everyday when I am transitioning. I will only transition 4-5 days. Then I will start another 10-14 day juice fast.

I'll be doing this scenario through the end of the year. When I finish the fast I should be 165 down from 185. I'm going to continue until I am 125.

I hope you stay around and we'll take it all the way to the end!! I love this site and all the encouragement.

I went for a run today and my legs were tight. Hubby and I worked again on organizing the garage. I am having my garage sale next weekend. While he ate dinner I went for a walk. It really loosened the legs up. It felt good.

I hope that I'll be down a pound tomorrow. I stayed the same this morning.

Tomorrow is Sunday and after church I love a good nap. Nothing like a Sunday after noon nap.
