I am glad you were able to hang in there. There are so many different protocols.
After being confused in the beginning, I found Andreas Moritz and started following him, it was so more relaxing and after 3 years I also started trying different things, after I had things under control. I am now watching my alkalinety too, though I don't follow Moreorless. It is just so disappointing that he makes these remarks because so many of us have benefited from the flushes. I also did a search on Andreas messages about alkalinety and other posts and websites too.
I have added urine therapy, oxygen, off and on OP. I experiment and see what works for me. But noone can argue with my succes of no allergies, being off 3 anti-depressants (used 15 years), amphetamines (used 40 years) and off high bloodpressure and cholesterol medication using cleanses and changing my lifestyle to Ayurveda. As an extra bonus I lost 15 lbs in the last several years.
There is not one "perfect" protocol and with these anti-posts we loose real good posters.
