Thank you for your fast replies again :) I will do the cod liver oil for sure, but is kelp the same as/similar to spirlina (I take 1 tbsp spirlina everyday) - I know they are both sea vegetables..? I'm probably Vit. D deficient right now, since I live in a cold climate and we haven't seen the sun here since August - it's been unusually overcast lately!

I am wary to try the cayenne, because I'm still dealing with some stomach problems and I don't want to risk injesting anything spicy that could irritate my stomach lining?

Since I juice everyday (3 cups), I'd prefer not to take the Moreless drink, I really don't know how I feel about Moreless's opinions and would rather stick to my naturopath for alkalising. The Sole thing sound quite doable though, but I've never even seen the himalayan salt it calls for.. (I live in Canada, it seems easier to get in the US than here). It also seems expensive from what I've seen on google - I've seen bottled liquid trace minerals before at my halth food stores - it looks like it would cost the same amount as the salt lol. Should I give that a try instead?

Also, how much glinko and how often? And how long to see results?

Would my short-term memory problems be linked to the fact that my hands/feet (actually, whole body is general) is ALWAYS cold? And truly, I am always cold, I have 6 heavy blankets on my bed along with my comforter, and wear 2 pairs of winter socks overtop of eachother even though it's only September. Between my memory and being constantly cold I'm so frustrated!!
