I am starting week three of my cleanse. I've been reading your forum for quite a while now, and I wanted to ask you a question. Please forgive me if this has been answered, or if I've missed this information.

One of the things I see people constantly ask is about contradictions. I think most of us invest in this program for 30 days, and want to make sure that we are not taking anything, or eating anything that would render our doses ineffective.

I hope this question is not too vague. If you could counsel anyone on things to avoid while cleansing, or things to enhance while cleansing, I think this would be very helpful.

Can you help the group with this?
