Okay I won't go into the whole story with the two numbers everyone knows. Thirteen days is a long time. Five is a long time after those bites. I was still down 11 lbs this morning. I hadn't lost from yesterday. It's fine because I know the inches are coming off. In a day or two I'll drop another lb or 2.
Yesterday I listened to my body and just rested. No exercise at all. Today I will because I feel good. I think that has definitely helped with my loss of inches. I have 8 days left!!!!! I am going for a total of 21 days.
This forum is sooo helpful. Ladies let's all start posting again. I get busy and enjoy reading but it's the posting that creates the excitement and support.
I love everyone's wisdom. It is Saturday and I to made it through last night. It was a bit of a struggle but not to bad. I had a cup of broth and I hadn't been having any broth just juice. It hit the spot and kept me from going off. This morning I will have eiher orange or cantalope juice. Then lots of lemon water and the Master-Cleanse lemonade drink. I use Stevia if I'm not doing the Master-Cleanse full time. Dinner sounds gross but is delicious! 1/2 beet, 3 organic carrots, 1 granny smith.
My plan is to transition for 5 days since I did such a long fast and then go for 10-14 again. I may actually do the Master-Cleanse next time. Not sure. Want to lose 10 lbs next time. Then transition for 4. Will keep that up. Looking forward to the transition does give you hope and keep you from eating. I keep saying oh you can have that when you break! Of course 3/4 of the stuff I can't eat but I get through the moment that way.
All you Ehret people out there let me know if this is good or not. I am planning to break the fast like with the MC. A day of OJ and then raw veggies and vegetable soup.
Keep pushing through the weekend! I'm here for you. I'll keep checking the site throughout the day today.
Blessings,
Cheryl
