You can take your P&B at the same time you take your HUMACLEANSE. The natural chemicals in the cascara sagrada and the senna will go into the bloodstream while the psyllium and the clay will travel through the digestive tract soaking up toxins and binding to waste to help bulk up the stool for easy removal.
