Thank you for this post. I've had an emotionally horrific day today, of course the day before I start my 1st liver flush. I felt like curling up into a ball and just giving up, but this post is giving me the strength to tough out my personal problems and to concentrate on healing my body, and now my heart & mind. I'm gonna wipe away my tears now & push on. Thanks :)
