Liver Flushing isn't a one time thing! You do it until you have 3 flushes in a row with no stones.

Stones come out of both the liver and gallbladder. The citrus part of the cocktail causes the gallbladder to contract. As long as there isn't a stone too large to pass, they will move out, as many as the contractions push out. The oil causes the liver to dump bile, also pushing stones and debree out.

Tonight, I start my 11th flush and am really looking forward to one more step towards being healthy!
