You are right humaworm, I didn't take any breaks in between the herbs etc. I do eat mostly organic. I juice organic vegetables and drink whey protein. The only thing I don't eat is fruit. I have always hated fruit. Guess i got to change that! I will start eating better as you suggested, including the fruit. My liver is in bad shape because of Hereditary Hemochromatosis. I do feel better knowing I can try again in another month with humaworm. I do want the extra strengh formula. I will email you.
