well, I know how you feel
if it weren't for a great lab report I probably might have quit all of this myself but my labs came back in the normal ranges so i know my body is starting to heal itself
but I've been really sick and tired and almost to what I was pre flush
but I'm going to hang in there due to my improvement on my labs.

i checked mine and it's ok so i will continue to flush and eat/drink alkalizing foods/drinks inbetween.
