Thanks, Aunt - that's all such wonderful inspiration and a great email, too! There are plenty of "dark patches" in this whole process and in life, but bearing through eventually yields good. And indeed, attitude is everything - negative patterns of thinking just tear up the person thinking them, so why not change your mindset??

I, too, bore through another flush (#6) during the day yesterday, even the dreaded few hours where I fought the urge to puke it all and the last few before getting to eat when I was weak and hungry and felt sad and terrible! But today I'm ecstatic because I'm continuing to pass bigger stones - and I even skipped the 4th dose of ES and started drinking/eating a bit earlier than usual! Still goin', though! ;) My sinuses hurt, but I know that possibly my allergies and other afflictions are beginning to progress.
