and not the same diet works for each person? What do raw foodist say about this? I LOVE the raw diet> I really do. But it does seem so weird that I have NEVER in my life been soooooooooooo constipated. I do believe it is emotional. But what a coincidence that Im eating primo for the most part (well not perfect, but for me? perfect) anyway! what do you all think? Do I stick it out and live with doing enemas? Or is this maybe not the diet for me? Or is it bringing out old emotional issues that I need to press through? Thought anyone? HA! OF COURSE YOU HAVE THOUGHTS!!

PS. I has some rice chips. Yes, I cheated a 3rd time now in 2 months. And I feel like puking them up. Is this normal?
