Sounds like you have an impingement problem in your shoulders. I had the same symptoms as you did, but unfortunately I had to have bilateral open shoulder surgeries. Mine was beyond natural alternatives as my shoulder capsule was hanging enough that it required surgery to put it back. Plus I had quite a few bone spurs. Hopefully yours isn't that bad so you can do something natural to take care of the problem.
