If you are doing a 10 day cleanse, then I would follow the book. It says several 8 ounce glasses of OJ on day 1. Day 2, several more glasses of OJ and some soup later in the afternoon. Day 3, OJ in the morning, soup at noon, fruits and veggies for dinner. Day 4, normal eating may be resumed.
