Hi I'm 26 and I have tried the pill and other methods of contraception but I either get ill or gain weight. My boyfriend and I of 4 years do not want to use a condom and we want to know of any natural alternatives for contraception. We do follow my ovulation cycle as well as not going all the way with his ejaculation.

Does anyone have any suggestions.
