I have thought about giving up meat for a while but kept thinking what am i going to eat? i go out to eat a lot and everything on the menu always has some kind of meat and i just thought it would be so hard. then, i saw a video of how they slaughter the animals and how terrible it is and i havent eaten meat since. that made it very easy for me. but as far as cutting down i meat, my opinion would be just stop altogether as apposed to gradually stopping. im sure you can do it!
