well i wasnt aware of dr christopher or MH having a formula with it in it..so i did a google search and kept finding the nature's herbs company offered a cedar berry combo..with all the herbs dr christopher describes...so i got 4 bottles of those..and then later i found out about dr christopher and mh...will try that next:)
