I saw a bit red in the stool this afternoon.
I added some leaf veggies last night which might be irritate to my colon, other possibilities are reduction of medication, taking lotus root powder paste last night, it's a bit sweet. So, I am going to terminate all these suspects. I will add white turnip to the steaming plate. Brown rice and pearl barley + salmon + egg white. I'll stick to this diet for a couple of weeks, then try add some other food.
