I have lost a total of 27 lbs due to the MC.. The first was 10lbs in 10 days and now 17 lbs in 20 days.. I do believe that 10 days is not long enough to break any bad habits and associations with food. After my first 10 day Master-Cleanse I still went back to my old eating habits if not worse.. I am now going for 30 days in hopes that I can kick the habit once and for all and start fresh. Good luck to you.
