Welp! I learned the hard way and suffered for probably a year and a half trying diets, homeopathic remedies, all kinds of stuff. Aloe. actually went all the way down to 126lbs. The only thing that ever worked was cipro after a trip to the emergency room.

I'm now trying to find out if hydrotherpy will clean out the bowel. Thinking of getting it on a regular basis, maybe every three months. Seems to me bacteria builds up in people like us and, BINGO! we get an attack.

Oh!! I get my cipro through a freind of a freind of a doctor because i dont want to go through all the tests also. Good? Bad? I dont know, maybe I'm digging an early grave for myself day by day.....by doing this. All a personal decision i guess.
