I buy my Milk Thistle in tincture from this guy on Ebay - it is good quality and grown and sold by the herbalist directly - I know he will send worldwide.

You can ask him to provide the tincture in non alcohol form .. he has some flexibilty because he makes it himself, grown in his own fields.

But I am sure you might find some equal quality on the States though. You can always check http://www.iherb.com
