I use sesame oil. Didnt know I could use anything else.
Been pulling once a day for 20 minutes for about 2 weeks
Only noticed whiter teeth. But Im thrilled about that. At first I did notice I had gas for a few days that I never have.
Im doing so many things right now, who knows what is doing what!
Have recommended this to one person.
