Hi Everyone.

As a result of this forum I have been oil pulling since 1 August.
I use Sunflower oil.
Once per day.
I have been very happy with the results. Healthier gums is the most evident so far.
I have lost one filling though I don't know that this was the result of oil pulling.
I feel like my mouth is much cleaner overall.

I have started my children on the pulling as well. They are skeptical, but willing to give it a go.
