I believe colonics and enemas are entirely different procedures.

One moves the water OUT at the same time as water is coming IN. There is no pressure or weight.

I had a colonic about mumble decades ago. Quite refreshing!

And, I'm sure the operators know not to give too many to one person, lest they become dependent, or something.
