I'm a IBS sufferer, have bouts of diverticulitis, an anal fistula, and am tired of suffering, so....I'm thinking of going to get a colon cleaning (hydrotherapy) session. Question is...Does it hurt?

I can't imagine a bowel full of water without it spasing and cramping very badly. anyone have any experience with this?
