Raw food is good. Just don't let these book authors and DVD authors lie to you and tell you that they eat raw food when it is obvious that they are LIARS. They eat meat and potatoes. A person can't get as fat as Alissa Cohen from eating raw fruit and vegetable salads. It is impossible. Her legs rub together when she walks from being so fat. And she has a double chin. She is a FRAUD.
