I used generic Zyban the first time - that was before I learned about a lot of health things. It took me a few trys. I have written about it at a wonderful 24/7, online, world wide, support group that I found over 5 years ago - I doubt I could have done it or stuck with it without all I learned about smoking and the group. Check it out at: http://www.quitsmokingjournals.com I do a Health Journal there - Health Beat - I'm 4Health and a also a personal journal of my journey to being a ex-smoker. I'm Charly there too. The Health Journal tells of some natural aids and supplements that I have learned about. Becoming a "health - nut" prevents me from ever wanting to smoke again...LOL. I have worked really hard to get healthy and there is no way I'll ever smoke again. It was 4-20-03 that I quit for the last time. I have chosen to learn to love NOT smoking!
