you might beon to somthing heres why. according to this links chart http://www.essense-of-life.com/info/foodchart.htm i have recently been eating an apple a day and for the time ive had this problem been eating lots of cheese a regular part of my diet. cheese is acidity. i just recently started eating an apple or half of one a day and have been noticing a real improvement. maybe its a simple thing like removing cheese from your diet.
